6amMart V4.0: Vendor Website Builder, Redesigned App & More

6amMart V4.0 is here. This version rebuilds the user app, adds an AI Chat Assistant, and loads a personalized home page for every customer. Vendors get more control over their stores, and the system now works with the Vendor Website Builder add-on.

Redesigned UI/UX for User Application

The 6amMart user app has a full UI and UX redesign in V4.0. The whole user application has a modernized interface, not just one screen. The layout gives customers a cleaner way to browse stores and place orders.

AI Chat Assistant in 6amMart

Customers can now ask the new AI Chat Assistant anything while they browse, from product details to shop info, and get instant answers. That means fewer dead ends and a smoother path to checkout.

AI-Powered Personalized Home Page

The AI-powered Personalized Home Page shows each customer content tailored to their browsing and order history. It skips the same homepage for everyone. Instead, it shows stores and products based on what each shopper looks at and buys. That way, customers reach what they want faster.

Admins stay in control: a simple toggle turns personalization on or off for the whole platform.

Redesigned Admin Panel Navigation

The 6amMart admin panel has a redesigned navigation in V4.0 that makes it quicker to find any page. The old sidebar is now split into workspace tabs across the top, a slim icon rail on the left, and an expandable panel beside it. Here is how the new layout is organized:

• Workspace tabs across the top for Module, Users, Finance, Reports, Dispatch, and Settings.
• The module switcher is in the top corner to switch between business modules like Grocery, Food, Pharmacy, and Parcel.
• Icon rail and panel on the left, where the active item stays highlighted, and groups collapse to save space.
• Keyword search with Ctrl+K (or ⌘+K) to jump straight to any admin page.
• Compact mode hides the panel and hovers to peek when you want more screen space.

Language, notifications, fullscreen, and the profile menu sit in the same top bar, so common actions stay one click away. On first login, a short in-panel tour walks admins through the new layout.

Vendor Website Builder Add-On

6amMart now works with the Vendor Website Builder add-on. 

With this add-on, a vendor can run their own website under their own brand name and design, separate from the shared marketplace. It gives each vendor a space that feels fully their own, which helps them build a stronger brand with their customers.

Vendor Categories for Better Store Organization

Vendors can now build their own product categories and use them alongside the admin-defined ones. That gives each vendor more say in how their store is organized, so shoppers find products the way the vendor intends. The same control is available in both the vendor panel and the vendor app.

Admins decide whether vendors get this option, with a simple toggle in the admin panel to turn it on or off.

Vendor-Wise Cart

The cart now organizes items by vendor. When a customer orders from more than one store, those items stay grouped in the cart rather than being mixed.

Customer Subscription Packages

Customers can now subscribe to packages that unlock exclusive discounts on their orders. A subscriber saves on every order in ways a regular customer does not, which gives them a clear reason to keep coming back. The feature is available in both the main system and the React web.

Easy Reorder, Monthly Reorder, and Order Again

Repeat customers now get three faster ways to order again. Easy Reorder places a past order in a tap. Monthly Reorder sets up the same order to repeat each month. Order Again pulls up the same store to reorder from. 

The app also shows the last store or restaurant a customer bought from, with item previews, so favorites are always one glance away.

Order Editing for Vendors

Vendors can now edit an order after a customer places it.

If a customer forgets an item, wants a different size, or needs a quick change, the vendor can update the order instead of cancelling and starting over. In the past, that edit had to wait for the admin only. Now the vendor can do it on their own. That means fewer lost sales and happier customers.

This works only when the admin turns it on, using a setting in the admin panel that controls whether vendors can edit orders.

Brand Management for the Grocery Module

The Grocery module now supports brand management. Admins and vendors can add and organize product brands for grocery items, and shoppers can browse or filter by the brands they trust. 

That helps everyone: admins get a more organized catalog, vendors showcase the brands they carry, and customers find their favorites faster. Brand support is available in both the main system and the React web.

Saver Delivery Time at Checkout

Checkout now includes a Saver Delivery Time option. 

Customers who are not in a rush can pick a slightly longer delivery window and pay less for delivery. It sits next to the standard and express choices, so shoppers can trade a little speed for a lower delivery cost when it suits them.

Reels Now Has an Order Now Button

6amMart Reels now include a direct Order Now button. A customer watching a reel can start an order right from the video, without hopping to a separate product page. That turns a quick browse into a fast path to checkout.

Advanced Maintenance Mode

Maintenance Mode now comes with advanced controls. 

When an admin turns it on, they control how the platform acts during downtime. They pick which apps or modules go offline, what message customers see, and whether ordering pauses while the rest of the site stays open. That way, maintenance runs without leaving customers confused or locked out of everything.

Other Improvements

From V4.0 onward, 6amMart no longer supports Flutter Web. To continue using the user website, you need to purchase the React version. If you are an existing customer, contact our support team for a special discount on the React version.
